I think my sixth chakara has been blocked lately << because I've been getting major headaches.

I've been practicing my Niji Kisoku lately and I find when ever I do I can see the chakara but I can't necessarily feel it But after focusing for awhile my head feels so light and my headaches go away completely!
I'm thinking as soon as the weather is better I should go outside and try it I'll get more stimulation, and a more positive response from there then in my room. 'm hoping once I get a better since of balance I'll be able to fix some of my problems. Hehe.

My aka(red) chakara as been extra strong lately perhaps because its the month of love? I don't know for sure. I think my aka modori(green) and murusaki(violet) chakra's govern most of my time though, I need to start focusing on Ai(Indago) more often, I'm not as in tune with my third eye as I would like to be. *Sighs* :sigh:

Perhaps later it would be good for me too light some incense and practice my Niji Kisoku at night. I'm more active that time of day anyway. Maybe some moonlight and a clean sky(thanks to the rain) would be good for me.
